Crafted from AISI316L stainless steel, the basket boasts a non-collapsible and corrosion-resistant rigid frame. This ensures optimal durability and longevity, even in the harshest offshore environments. The flooring, constructed with 5 mm aluminum plates, features a non-skid surface for added safety during transfers.
Every component of the personnel basket is carefully selected to withstand offshore conditions. All screws, nuts, and bolts are made from AISI 316 stainless steel, providing excellent protection against corrosion and ensuring the basket's reliability throughout its operational life.
NORSOK Approved Lifting Sling - Ensuring Secure Transfers.
The lifting sling accompanying the NORSOK approved personnel basket is designed to complement its safety features. It consists of two independent slings, each serving as a fail-safe measure in case the other sling experiences any issues. One of the slings incorporates an elastic compensator, while the other can be either a chain-sling or a wire-sling, tailored to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
To facilitate efficient lifting operations, the lifting sling is available in two lengths: 3 meters or 5 meters. It is securely attached to the crane hook using two large master links, sized at 32*270*140 (mm). These robust master links ensure a strong and reliable connection, enhancing the overall safety of the lifting process.

- Non-skid surface - Non-skid pattern at the entrance and on the floor ensures safe entrance and exit – also with a wet surface

- Transfer of injured personnel - The basket is prepared for secure transfer of injured person on a stretcher adapted to the Safe Transfer Personnel basket
